Brent Marketing PLC to merge with Donvegen - Edinburgh-based full service marketing agency Brent has revealed plans to merge with Dutch sponsorship firm Donvegen. This was revealed after a meeting between both in Cardiff, Wales. The merger would create a new entity with a total of over 3000 employees, should it go through.
